Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time: Our estimated shipping time is 10-18 business days depending on where you live.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing delays or logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping if the order amount is $41.11 / 37,95 or higher. Shipping fees are charged depending on the country if the order amount is less than $41.11 / €37,95.  

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team at servicevaliony@gmail.com for assistance. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.
